POLICIES

Providing our clients with quality services is our goal. We take time and careful detail to make sure every step of the way the client is at ease in any of our appointments. We do not move forward with any appointment until the client and artist are 100% happy with the pre-draw and color.


We respect your time and ours. Due to the nature of the service, there are policies that need to be followed in order to have productive and satisfactory experience. We thank you in advance for your understanding!

RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION 

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. If you reschedule less than 72 hours before the appointment, you will lose your deposit and will be required to pay a new $100 deposit. 


Appointments may be rescheduled one time. If an appointment needs rescheduled more than once, your non-refundable deposit will be forfeited, and another deposit will be required.

LATENESS/NO SHOW

Clients more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointments will be cancelled and will be required to pay an additional $100 deposit to reschedule your appointment - no exceptions.​

GUESTS/FAMILY

Only the artists and the client getting the procedure done are allowed. It is important to understand that for best results, requires a suitable atmosphere in which it is possible to establish the necessary contact between the client and artist. NO guests/family/friends/pet, please.


EXPECTATIONS

Do not expect your permanent make-up to heal perfectly after first session. Our brow services is an art, not science. Clients results will vary and using brow make-up may still be needed. It’s important that we stay close to what your brows are naturally doing to maintain beautiful results. Perfection is our goal but brows are sisters, not twins, and no sides of the face are the same. Although we give our our best efforts to provide you with premium products and quality services, many factors can lead to varied results (especially on those with problematic skin and/or a cover-up an old tattoo). There is no warranty or guarantee made to you, as a result of this procedure and the final result CANNOT BE GUARANTEED due to nature of skin it heals. The results will vary and individual results are NOT GUARANTEED. All services provided are non-refundable.

FOR BROW SCULPT APPOINTMENTS

Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment or YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% of the service. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late will be asked to reschedule and be charged as a no show. No call no show will not be permitted to book for future appointments and be charged as no-show.
